Romans 12:1 (NIV)
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God – this is your true and proper worship.”
Reflection
Worship isn’t just about singing on Sunday. It’s how you carry yourself in training, how you serve your team, and how you handle adversity.
Paul says offering your body to God is worship. That includes your sweat, your soreness, and your sacrifice. When you give your best, not for applause but for God’s glory, your work becomes holy.
Your practice isn’t separate from your faith. It can be an extension of it.
Application
Pick one part of your training today to intentionally offer to God. Say, “This is for You.” Let it be worship.
Today Let’s Compete with Faith. Grow with His Word.
