Isaiah 49:16 (NIV)
“See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.”
Reflection
When the spotlight fades and the crowd moves on, it’s easy to feel unseen. Maybe you’re injured, between seasons, or not playing at all. The silence can feel heavy.
But God hasn’t forgotten you. Isaiah gives us a powerful image: your name is engraved on His hands. Permanent. Personal. Unshakable.
Your worth doesn’t depend on your stat line, playing time, or public platform. God sees your heart, your effort, and your pain. He’s holding your story close.
You are not invisible to Heaven.
Application
Meditate today on the truth that God sees you. Speak it out loud: “I am not forgotten.”
Today Let’s Compete with Faith. Grow with His Word.
