While doing some research, I have found out and read in one article that “The quality and amount of sleep athletes get is often the key to winning.” So, it is essential for us to get some sleep and take some rest. For teenagers ages, fourteen to seventeen at least eight to ten hours of sleep is advised.
Younger adults, ages eighteen to twenty-five, sleep range is from seven to nine hours (under the new category). For adults ages twenty-six to sixty-four, sleep range did not change and remains seven to nine hours.
